MAIDSin undertakes to ensure that the Candidates recommended as part of its services, meet the conditions it promotes and that they reflect the best practices of these types of services. However, it shall not be held responsible for false information provided by the candidates.

MAIDSin has a database of candidates who are able to perform the required tasks and who have proven professional experience. Upon Clients' request, MAIDSin selects and arranges interviews between the Clients and the Candidates who best match the desired profile.

MAIDSin does not enter into any employment contract with the Candidate or the Client; it acts solely as a mediator in the hiring process.

The employment contract is entered into between the Client and the Candidate hired.

Requirements for Candidates to order to be included in our database:

  • Prior professional experience
  • Reference letters or details of previous employer to prove the prior professional experience
  • Mandatory interview

MAIDSin does not establish an employment contract with the candidate(s), only mediates in the hiring.
